Patrick Stevens has been re-elected to the board of directors of Next Step Recycling
Patrick Stevens has been re-elected to the board of directors of nationally recognized Next Step Recycling of Eugene, Oregon. Next Step Recycling develops a variety of methods and tools to assist businesses with electronic waste recycling. Electronic waste or e-waste is a result of the world’s technology explosion. In some countries, regulations have forced producers of electrical equipment to take responsibility for the end-of-life (EOL) recycling of their own products. Next Step Recycling has won many local and national awards for their proactive approach to outstanding environmental and community leadership in waste prevention.

We are pleased to announce Paul R. Allen has joined our firm.
Paul graduated from the University of Iowa and is a recent graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law. He will be practicing in civil litigation emphasizing the areas of real estate, business and family law.
Paul is an avid mountain biker and hiker and he and his wife particularly enjoy cross country skiing with their dog. Paul plays the trombone and has most recently played with the Eugene Mozart Players and the Eugene Concert Choir.

We are proud to announce the addition of Janice L. Mackey to our firm. Janice joined us August 1st and her practice focuses on business transactions, choice of entity, business succession planning, real property transactions and all facets of estate planning. Her experience includes planning for and resolving estate tax issues and all aspects of business transactions.
Janice is a frequent lecturer on business and estate planning issues. She serves on the board of the Eugene Springfield Tax Association and is a member of the Lane County Economic Development Standing Committee.
