Patrick has developed an active practice focusing primarily on business transactions, real estate, construction and bankruptcy matters. He has considerable experience in creditors’ rights matters and successfully represents many community banks and credit unions relating to litigation collections, bankruptcy and complex loan transactions. Patrick is experienced in matters pertaining to commercial and residential construction loans, construction lien claims, drafting construction contracts and CCB litigation. He is an experienced litigator and practices in all Oregon courts, including federal district court and bankruptcy courts.

Background and Interests
