Law Practice
Brad is a skilled trial lawyer with a practice that emphasizes litigation, including real property, personal injury and other litigation matters. He graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University School of Law, LLM program. Prior to that Brad graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the UBC Law Review.
Brad practiced law as a Barrister and Solicitor in British Columbia, Canada for five years, starting his legal career with the national firm of Lang Michener. He moved to Oregon in 1999 where he first worked for the firm of Harrang Long Gary Rudnick, P.C. prior to joining the firm of Hutchinson, Cox, Coons, DuPriest, Orr & Sherlock, P.C. and becoming a shareholder.
His experience includes complex inter-jurisdictional commercial litigation and multi-party real estate disputes as well as complex civil litigation matters. Brad worked as part of the appeals team on the largest jury verdict in Oregon history, Williams v. Philip Morris Inc, a $79 million verdict against Philip Morris Inc.
Brad is a zealous advocate for his clients with significant trial and jury experience.
