His active practice focuses on corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, business sale transactions and employment law. James believes strongly that good planning can avoid most legal problems. He is a firm believer in the concept of creating “win/win” outcomes in business transactions. James also has considerable expertise in trademark law and advises clients, both domestic and international, in trademark matters. James serves as managing partner of the firm.
